Delegate Fast moved to amend the Senate Committee Substitute on page 2, section 4, line 11, by striking subdivision (3) of subsection (b) in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“(3) Is obscene, vulgar, pornographic, or of sensual or illicit sexual content;”

And

On page 4, section 4, line 39, by inserting after the word “students” the words “in conformity with this section”
